The honest limits
This matters more than any sales pitch, so let's be precise about it.
- It will not make your nose smaller. Filler adds volume. If your concern is size, this is not your procedure and we will say so at the consultation.
- It will not fix your breathing. Septal deviation with functional symptoms is surgical territory.
- It is a vascular-risk area. The nose has significant blood supply and filler complications here, while rare, are serious. This is precisely why you should confirm that whoever treats you is a physician and keeps hyaluronidase on site.
RinoDelux: the integrated protocol
When several issues coexist — hump, drooping tip, wide base and lack of projection — treating only the dorsum leaves the rest untouched. RinoDelux combines four techniques in one session:

Between 12 and 18 months with hyaluronic acid. Techniques that add tensor threads last longer because they also stimulate collagen in the area.
What is RinoDelux?
It is Dr. Mesías's own protocol: an integrated nose redesign combining hyaluronic acid for the profile, botulinum toxin for the tip, tensor threads for support and alectomy — surgical narrowing of the nostril base. It addresses the whole nose in one session. Note that the alectomy component is surgical and not reversible.
Can I fly the next day?
For hyaluronic acid alone, yes — there is mild swelling for 3 to 5 days but nothing that prevents flying. If the plan includes alectomy, that is minor surgery with sutures removed around day 5 to 7, so you should plan a longer stay.
